Straightforward set up and appears great. Extremely reliable, quite major, tough, durable, made to be shoved in spots and survive, effortless setup and sounds superb, deep, loaded, vibrant, i have yet to listen to any distortion. The distant makes it easy to alter the bass amount on the fly. I utilized the rca setup, beyond that all you have to have to do is link the blue/white wire to the antenna/power wire to change the device on and off routinely, black to a ground and yellow to the constructive battery terminal. Its wedged lengthways under the front passenger seat of a 1992 bmw five collection, in position of the 1st assist kit – i put that in the boot. An astounding compliment to my initial typical speakers and contemporary usb head unit. No amp required and won’t be able to be beaten as a value for cash upgrade to an present procedure. Actually delighted with the seem, has remodeled the car. Drum and bass seems like it must do, no issues at all.

Superb subwoofer at these a small cost. Fantastic for a small car like my vw lupo and fits under the seat of it perfectly. Really very good bass and it has a lot adjustable settings to choose your best bass location. The guidelines will not convey to you significantly, i experienced to use a multimeter to come across the remote wire, but every little thing else was a 10 moment career. Just to take note that the device does not arrive with rca cables so you need to have to invest in them separately.

Does exactly what you assume it to do. Introduced this sub for my small car to increase the seem, and made a decision to healthy it under the entrance passenger seat. Just after a several difficulties with shipping it was delivered. I payed more for wiring kit, which without having i would have experienced no chance of fitting. In the approach i had a couple ups and downs, blew a couple fuses. Finding the entrance seat and out was a battle so think two times right before you start taking your car apart. I drilled holes in the floor and utilized screws to safe the sub. Bit of a bodge work as not the clearest recommendations. Ultimately set up sub, wired up to the radio and it appears astounding, the whole car vibrates. It has enhanced the audio in my car a lot more than i expected, would definetly endorse as it sound just about as fantastic as my mates a lot more pricey more strong set up.

Purchased this to re-attain the bass eaten up by my defender 90. Mounted it behind the central front seat and what a distinction. I’m no kid with a increase box and my cap on backwards, but the good quality and the existence i am guaranteed would rival additional high-priced bits of package. Great to be in a placement where i have to turn the bass down plugged straight into my sony participant, wiring really uncomplicated all fitted in under an hour. Would advocate rca link if doable as presents far better features.

Beat BSW8ACT – 180 Watts Amplified Under Seat Car Subwoofer with Bass Controller : Extraordinary bass from such a compact unit. Pity about the instructions. . I did buy this from an amazon seller (wilco direct), but not through amazon as i was able to collect it from a local branch of wilco and save the shipping cost. Every review about this product is spot on – the bass is extraordinary – really deep and punchy – for such a low-profile unit and it’s very controllable, thanks to the various adjustable parameters and the remote control that allows you to vary the output on the fly. The whole thing is substantially made of solid aluminium, so is quite heavy. There’s no reflex port; the unit is sealed, so i’m not quite sure how the vibes get out, but get out they most certainly dohowever – and this is the only reason i can only give the product four stars – the installation instructions are absolute rubbish and there is no manual to tell you what any of the controls do and how to adjust them to suit your vehicle and listening requirements. For a product that costs nearly £100 this is unforgiveable. I’m reasonably used to tinkering with ice so managed to muddle through without any mishaps, but if you are not reasonably competent i would recommend getting an ice installation specialist to fit this for you. I note that one reviewer actually screwed his sub to the floor of the car. This isn’t necessary if you want to put it under one of the front seats, the best location – i stuck some velcro on the underside of my sub and it just sits on the carpet; the sound is fine.

Wired it under the passenger seat of our motorhome (a rimor on a ford transit ‘06 base)very pleased with the punch it adds to a mid range kenwood head unit. The remote allows you to set the bass levels as high or low as you want. Only tiny neg is there’s no way of fixing the remote to anything, suggest you order some good double sided tape. And don’t forget phono plugs with enough length to reach the stereo.

Nice reasonably compact unit gives a boost to bass. . I bought this to give the bass in an ice system that i was setting up in a small runaround car a bit more oomph. I’m used to big amps and huge air-shifting subs that would simply not have been appropriate for this particular fitting. This unit, however, gave a nice boost to the bass whilst keeping the physical size and electrical current requirements of the system sane. The instructions that you get with the unit are absolutely minimal (basically a single sheet with a couple of alternative wiring diagrams – no explanations or setup guides) but if you know what you are doing, wiring is straight forward enough. It does exactly what i wanted it to do. For it’s size, it enhances the bass pretty well and allows a louder than stock sound, but not so much that the neighbours would think “is that thunder i hear or is it just that bloke next door getting home”. When it first arrived, the remote control unit was damaged: the plastic housing had cracked. The box was not damaged and there was no sign of tampering so my guess is that it got damaged at or even before packaging in the factory. I bought the unit from car audio warehouse who dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently (they posted me out a new remote rather having to worry about exchanging the whole unit).

Easy setup and sounds fantastic. Very solid, quite heavy, tough, durable, designed to be shoved in places and survive, easy setup and sounds fantastic, deep, rich, vibrant, i’ve yet to hear any distortion. An amazing compliment to my original standard speakers and modern usb head unit. No amp required and can’t be beaten as a value for money upgrade to an existing system. Really pleased with the sound, has transformed the car. Drum and bass sounds like it should do, no complaints at all.

Works wonderful in my partners little street car. Works wonderful in my partners little street car. Couldn’t get it under her seat as there is absolutely no space under her seat, but in between the seats against the back panel works fine. Just wish it had a bit more bite to it. Still rock though & she loves it. Won’t get out of her car now.

Excellent subwoofer at such a small price. Perfect for a small car like my vw lupo and fits under the seat of it perfectly. Very good bass and it has plenty adjustable settings to choose your ideal bass setting. The instructions don’t tell you much, i had to use a multimeter to find the remote wire, but everything else was a 10 minute job. Just to note that the unit does not come with rca cables so you need to buy them separately.

Great little unit at a fantastic price. I wanted a small sub to fill in the low-end of my system and with it being a small car, i was not looking at anything that would go in the boot. It was between this, an inphase usw10, kenwood ksc-sw11 and a pioneer ts-wx110a. After looking at the reviews, i decided to go for this one on the basis of a couple of things:1. This unit is remarkably similar to a focal bus 20 which used to (perhaps still does?) retail for £200+. Either they copied it exactly or it comes from the same factory. Good news is that the focal also had rave reviews. This was the cheapest one by far, at £80 from car audio warehouse (at the time of writing)3. The kenwood and pioneer, while also very good units, were a bit lower on rms power (50w) vs.

JBL Car GTO 629 6, Big, dispersed sound stage belies their diminutive stature! BRILL!

I’ve always loved the punchiness of jbl speakers and their clarity. It is amazing just what an improvement these are over the standard speakers and i can’t recommend them enough. I like the warm sound of these speakers. The build quality of the crossover casing could be better and would …

Good addition to the q acoustics 2000i set. I bought this centre speaker as part of the q acoustics 2000i series. I love the sound of the series as a package, the speakers sound smooth and a bit bassy with good detail, but never become tiresome to listen to. As …
