Sound great but some issues. Amazing realistic and clear surround sound effect. Cons:they are large and heavy enough to become uncomfortable with extended use. Worrying rattle when i pick them up. It sounds like something has broken loose inside but they still work.
Good quality sound and mic but uncomfy and brakes easy.
Razer mano’war a pc gamer’s opinion. . Most people i know refer to me as an ‘enthusiast’ level pc gamer due to components and peripherals i use. So i thought i would give you all the same opinion on this headset as i do with my friends. To start, this headset is much better than the razer tiamat 7. I took a bit of a gamble on this product due to the siberia 840’s having seemingly gone out of stock everywhere that wasn’t charging a ridiculous price. But seeing as i have (for the most part) had great success with razer headsets in the past i thought i would take the plunge. As ever razer do a great job when it comes to presentation, the packaging simply has to be displayed once you take out the headset. As an ex razer fanboy one of the first things i noticed was the beautiful design, they instantly remind you of the razer krakens but with a new sleek look. You’ll immediately notice how light they are considering the size. As others have said the build quality is your typical razer plastic, although i would of liked to see more metalwork on the headset itself i wasn’t let down by this due to me knowing razers products very well and not expecting anything better. Once you’ve charged them up and put them on you’ll notice they are made for bigger heads. Myself being about a medium head size, they fit extremely well out of the box and the soft circular ear cups felt right at home straight away. Now in terms of sound, i feel the virtual 7. 1 exceeds that of the genuine 7.

“Razer ManO’War A PC gamer’s opinion., Really good headset very comfy, Sound and comfort are both fantastic The EQ gives you a great ability to fine “
I downgraded from sony mdr-1000x to try these, disappointed. Although it’s to be expected the disappointment from comparing the two. The sony is double the value and sony is renowned for making premium feeling headphones whilst this one is a gamer-focused headset. The microphone doesn’t sound at all great for the price of the headset and the build quality is extremely plasticy. Upon opening the box you’re greeted with the traditional razer gear, which is superthe headphones itself have a lot of flex and creek which i really dislike and next to no noise cancellation which tells me that razer haven’t packed much behind the earpads. They are very comfortable to wear even though they’re much larger then the sonys and the wireless usb is tiny which is fantastic. If these headphones were made from better materials and weren’t so unnecessarily large then i would of given this a 5 but unfortunately they just cannot compete.
Headset is by far the comfiest i’ve ever owned. The battery life is great, but can also be used whilst charging with the usb cable provided (i’ve switched off the rgb). Sound quality is great also. As for people complaining over the “design flaw” with the headband, you’d have to be very heavy handed or neglectful of the headset to break it.
Best headset i have ever had.
