Cracking laptop just as good as a macbook professional 2016 or 2017 designs. This is a terrific laptop in my viewpoint and i was amazed to study some damaging critiques – i questioned if they had been from opponents as i truly are unable to recognize how you could dislike the spectre x360 16gb fifteen inch laptop. The image high quality is 4k and it beats the the latest macbook (i own the 2016 professional), it is realitively quickly and the usb c’s necessarily mean that it is long run proof. For a company user the fliping of the screen is wonderful and the pen furnished performs ten/10. I get at the very least 7 to 8 hrs of battery lifestyle when i am consistently on it so it is really first rate. I feel it seems attractive too and quite professional. Hope some the detrimental testimonials don’t put people today off as i just about did when i examine them – thankfully i did plenty of study and browse a good deal of favourable opinions by professional reviewers which put my brain at relieve a bit. To summerise – cracking laptop just as very good as a macbook professional 2016 or 2017 products – really don’t be worried.

Purchased 15′ for the ports in any other case would have absent for a great deal lighter 13′. Arrived in italy two times forward of estimate.

A truly elegant laptop with this kind of a big spec. Quite pleased understanding this will be latest for s quite extended time. Often acquiring compliments when in entrance of clientele.

Reliable, well manufactured fifteen inch laptop with tremendous screen. Have had this for just 2 weeks, so early times, but so considerably so fantastic. Not the lightest, but a actually nicely developed and strong fifteen inch laptop with comprehensive contact screen and convertible sort element. Keyboard is excellent in my belief (i’m a rapid contact typist, so i tend to be picky about my keyboards and know a fantastic one when i use it). The display screen is outstanding and it is actually wonderful to be in a position to flip this to tent manner and check out movie entire-screen, you can also browse the internet incredibly comfortably in this manner working with contact to navigate pretty fluidly. I cannot envision ever going back to a non-touch display laptop. The included pen seems to function nicely, but i individually are not able to assume of a use situation for it for my do the job, as i am not an artist. As effectively as the net, my main application mileage is with ms office and lightroom, each these programmes work smoothly and the display screen definitely will come into its possess with lightroom for image editing (i function with substantial data files from a full-body camera in uncooked).

Reviews from purchasers :

  • Looks even nicer than an Mac!
  • Beautifully crafted and highly recommended (even though mine was a dud)

I’m very satisfied with this laptop. I’m very satisfied with this laptop, i have it with the i7 processor and it’s very quick. Using the touchscreen on the laptop changed my user habits, it was so easy and quick to get adopted to the advantages. Maybe some people may dislike the finger prints, but i think still worth for it, it didn’t bother me.

Seems even nicer than an mac. I have a yoga, which i appreciate, but lenova has dropped the entire size usb port, which my son genuinely wished. Appears to be amazing and i am now really jealous.

Excellent machine, highly recommended. I have had this machine for about 4 months now. I have always linked hp to printers rather than anything else. To be honest some of the laptops they make are pretty bad in terms of performance or durability. I though quite a lot before deciding to go for the spectre x360 but now that i have it i am very happy of my decision. The reasons for going for this model:- 4k display- latest core i7 cpu- discrete video card, although not the latest from nvidia- touch screen with pen- full hdmi port- windows hello compatible camerai use the laptop primarily for playing diablo 3 and watching netflix or hbo go. The performance is great, i tried diablo 3 at 4k with all settings at low and it played quite fine. At 4k one doesn’t really need to add aa or any other setting since the pixels are invisible at this point. I play it regularly at 1080p with settings at medium and it run flawlessly around 55 fps. The fans go crazy though, especially if the room temperature is above 25 c.

Beautifully crafted and highly recommended (even though mine was a dud). I did significant research and thought long and hard about whether to buy a 2 in 1 or laptop with a touch screen, but as my main reason for wanting the touch screen is to use windows ink, its a no brainer that it has to be a 2 in 1 (ever tried writing on a laptop screen??). The spectre (13 inch) does transition well and is very usable as both laptop and tablet – this is undoubtedly a beautifully crafted and well designed machine which, given my general experience, i would still recommend as it is a pleasure to use. Unfortunately i received a “5:30pm friday afternoon” job, which repeatedly froze for no apparent reason (even after upgrading bios and all necessary hp/windows updates). The only way to get the machine working again was to close the lid, wait for it to go to sleep, and then open the lid again where it would continue on as normal until the next freeze. I ran some simple diagnostics (including a factory restore) but as an it professional i am not inclined to spend hours on the phone to support people (especially as this happened from the outset and as this was happening very frequently – every 15 minutes or so), thus i have returned it to amazon. Google searches show a few other people have experienced these freezes, but there are also many positive reviews and so i i assume this is a manufacturing fault and not a design flaw – if you do encounter this happening then i suggest you return for a replacement. (putting your new machine through its paces during the first couple of days is always a good idea, and the app prime95 (google it) is good for checking out if you have a dud even if all seems well. I did not need to use this app on this machine – it froze during web browsing/simple tasks which were not putting any processing pressure on the system). If anyone else has encountered this problem (and found a fix or not) please do post on here so that other people can benefit.

Cracking laptop just as good as a macbook pro 2016 or 2017 models. This is a great laptop in my opinion and i was surprised to read some negative reviews – i wondered if they were from competitors as i genuinely can’t understand how you could dislike the spectre x360 16gb 15 inch laptop. The picture quality is 4k and it beats the recent macbook (i own the 2016 pro), it is realitively fast and the usb c’s mean that it is future proof. For a business user the fliping of the screen is fantastic and the pen provided works 10/10. I get at least 7 to 8 hours of battery life when i am constantly on it so it is pretty decent. I think it looks beautiful too and very professional. Hope some the negative reviews don’t put people off as i nearly did when i read them – thankfully i did lots of research and read a lot of positive reviews by professional reviewers which put my mind at ease a bit. To summerise – cracking laptop just as good as a macbook pro 2016 or 2017 models – don’t be afraid.

Bought this to replace an existing hp laptop which was getting old. Its much lighter than my previous laptop which is mainly due to it being 15″ rather than my previous 17″, however due to the spectre screen being so close to the edge of the laptop i really haven’t noticed much difference in screen size. The touchscreen makes online gaming and purchasing much easier.

Great looking machine that perfoms with style. This is a really well specced , lightweight laptop with a nice look. :the 13″ screen is clear and sharp, though slightly prone to glare/reflection. The touch screen is very responsive. Sound-wise i tend to use headphones or a bluetooth speaker, but the onboard speakers are adequate for lap based use. The bang & olufsen software doesn’t seem to do do much – and given how thing the laptop is there really isn’t much room for any serious bass producing speakers. Storage is via ssd andalthough the device has a fan it is as quiet as a phone/ipad in operation so you are not competing against a background whirr. I’ve used the spectre extensively for work and home use over the last few weeks with no signs of overheating after hours of continuous use. I have all but disabled the trackpad – the gestures etc were too sensitive/unreliable and as the device has a touch screen seemed more trouble than benefit. I use an hp active pen for detailed screen work or a wireless mouse if i am working on spreadsheets/powerpoint.

Looks nice but works not as nice. . Pro: the built quality is excellent and the design very captivatying, the 4k screen is stunning and viewing angles are very good. Pen works flawlessly, hinges are quite stiff for a convertible with a heavy screen. Cons: the trackpad is awful compared to my 2012 macbook pro, it works dependig on the applications, browsing on edge is ok, but chrome is very annoying. The extra columns of keys home, end, page up ad down on the far right of the keyboard makes it very difficult to type if you’re used to a standard layout. The 4k screen has scaling problems when using some software that are not optimized for 4k displays. I returned mine after 2 days.

Solid, well made 15 inch laptop with super screen. Have had this for just 2 weeks, so early days, but so far so good. Not the lightest, but a really nicely built and robust 15 inch laptop with full touch screen and convertible form factor. Keyboard is excellent in my opinion (i’m a fast touch typist, so i tend to be picky about my keyboards and know a good one when i use it). The screen is superb and it is really great to be able to flip this to tent mode and watch video full-screen, you can also browse the web very comfortably in this mode using touch to navigate very fluidly. I can’t imagine ever going back to a non-touch screen laptop. The included pen seems to work well, but i personally can’t think of a use case for it for my work, as i am not an artist. As well as the web, my main app mileage is with ms office and lightroom, both these programmes work smoothly and the screen really comes into its own with lightroom for photo editing (i work with large files from a full-frame camera in raw).

15. 6″ a nice laptop so far as it goes, but unless you need the screen size go 13″. This was a very early post of my first impressions to help any prospective buyers. I have updated it as i used the laptopto start with, it looks very nice, and seems well put together. The software load seems quite clean – i did uninstall mcafee and a couple of other hp apps that i won’t use, and i cleared out the games that were pinned to the start menu, but there isn’t too much junk installed. From there it was a reasonably simple process to get the computer configured to my liking. The keyboard is nice to type on and the touchscreen seems nicely responsive. The trackpad seems pretty good so far, very wide, which i’m fine with, but i am having an issue where the mouse would move to the right and make phantom clicks, even when i’m not touching the computer. After a restart that stopped once, but in the midst of typing this it’s done it a number of time, which is annoying. I’ll see if this continues, but this is where it’s losing a star right now. Otherwise, everything seems to tick along quite nicely.
