My only disappointment is the battery. It usually last 4 to 5 hours.

No need to buy the model above this- perfect student laptop. . I wanted to buy this in curries, but they didn’t have it in stock. So glad i ordered through amazon. It arrived the net day and has worked perfectly since. Really lightweight machine, boots up incredibly quickly.

HP Envy 13-ab007na Laptop (13.3 inch, Quad HD, Touch-Screen, Intel Core i5-7200U, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Windows 10) – Natural Silver

  • Enter your model number
    to make sure this fits.
  • Powered for high quality; with a high-performance Intel Core processor, up to 10 hours of battery life and lightning-fast solid state storage, there’s nothing you can’t handle
  • With an edge-to-edge glass display on select models, thin, all-metal body and distinct lift technology, it suitably blends desirable features into an elevated design
  • Raising the bar on entertainment; experience a whole different world of entertainment; a QUAD HD+ display, expert audio tuning by Bang & Olufsen and booming HP audio boost to transform your content

It is fast and does what it says.

For just under a thousand pounds, this laptop is very almost perfect. When it comes to processing power, there has been nothing yet that this computer hasn’t handled quickly and quietly. Loading games of the ssd is almost instantaneous. With only a dual core cpu and no dedicated video card, this ultrabook isn’t going to handle the latest triple a titles, but for more casual stuff it’s perfectly fine. The screen is wonderfully high resolution, although some text did appear blurry until i changed the scale amount in settings. I was going to get the non-touchscreen version of this device, but i’m glad i changed my mind. The ability to just lazily touch the screen to click something instead of having to drag a mouse is extremely useful. The trackpad is fantastic – very smooth – although it could be a little taller. The keyboard is also great, but could have been made wider if not for the massive speakers (which sound amazing, but aren’t that important to me).

Excellent machine except one issue that it’s fan makes annoying noise intermittently.

After months of deciding if i should buy a laptop in the £300 – £500 price range or if i should go for something slightly more expensive. After much consideration and endless reading of reviews, i decided to go with the hp envy. I have had it for about 6 weeks now and its a good laptop but i am not blown away. There are lots of positive which is what you expect but there are a couple of things that is a bit annoying over time. Firstly, when you read reviews about the easiness of opening up the laptop, its true, it is a bit of a pain and every single person that has used this now has said the same, first comes are usually, wow looks great, followed by, its not easy to open, is it. Now this is not enough to stop me from buying it, but it does start to become annoying over time. Secondly – the fan is a bit insane a high spec laptop – my cheaper laptops weren’t this insane. Now this is not a frequent problem but when you are running loads of programs and / or the system is updating, and the fan kicks in, its like you about to take off in a boeing 747. It usually last 10-15 mins and then goes back to normalover all its good but thoses 2 issues are now enough for me to wonder, was there a better deal for the price i paid.

I really does run exceedingly quickly. Start up an internet access in seconds. The touch screen capability is really useful.

I bought an acer e1-572 after my old. I bought an acer e1-572 after my old acer laptop packed up. I didn’t like the touchpad of any of the laptops in pc world, and found all other makes had sharp badly designed casing. Though i thought it was the best …
