Creative Aurvana In-Ear2 Plus Noise-Isolating Earphones, Balanced sound, comfort questionable

Earphones

Packaging:these earphones came in a very posh looking presentation case made of hard plastic, which makes for a nice gift box, which is a nice touch, although is somewhat expected given the price of them. Physically:as common with earphones, these come with 3 sets of different sized rubber ear pieces. The medium sized pieces are already fitted, which is what i normally use, but these seem to be slightly smaller than usual and i had to change them to the large size so they don’t threaten to fall out on me all the time. So beware if you normally use the large rubber ear-piece on other earphones as these may not be big enough for your ears. The large ear pieces in my ear do have a habit of forming a bit of a vacuum in your ear and resist in coming out when you pull on them. This would have helped to isolate outside noise. Noise isolation:in use, when fitted with the correct size ear-piece, as mentioned, because of the fit of the rubber ear-pieces, it does isolate outside noises quite well. Sound:first impression was that unlike many fashion ear-phones, the tone of this is not very bass heavy. Neutral i guess is best to describe the tone.

Well balanced seem, consolation questionable. My closest comparison will be the sennheiser momentum ie2s i have been utilizing prior to obtaining these creative earphones. I paid £70 for the sennheisers pretty much specifically one particular year ago and they served me nicely, they are continue to on sale for around £90. Comparatively the creatives offer you considerably a lot more clarity and assortment, the lows aren’t as punchy but neither are they as muddy, sennheiser tend to get gleaming evaluations which is why i at first bought them. A large difference concerning the two is the sound bleeding from the cable rubbing and catching, the creatives acquire steps to cut down this which get the job done but with a capture, the braided cable helps with this and also adds strength more than the momentum’s sensitive hunting cable which i’m a large supporter of, the draw back for me is that you have to hook them around your ears. If you sit nevertheless for a although you get employed to it but i can only suppose that they would sooner or later generate you insane if you use them while vigorously moving. Ear tips on the creatives are a lot more firmly hooked up, so significantly so that i tore the included foam strategies the first time i experimented with to acquire them off, i’ve misplaced buds on the sennheisers and have a pack of spares ready. The inline controller is an additional questionable selection, personally i do not like the analogue slider and one button and i choose the structure on the momentums with digital quantity buttons as effectively as the multi functionality button but even with people i’d want much more definition on the button to assistance feeling them out. My guidance would be to not contact the slider on the creatives further than turning them all the way up for the very first time. Audio qualityit definitely is all about depth with the aurvanas, the soundstage is uncharacteristically open up on in ears, if you like it a small louder these tiny buds genuinely light-weight up, stereo screening is fantastic and rhythm managed.

Definitely great sound when established up and worn properly. Let us get a minimal grouse out of the way to start with. These are fairly expensive earphones and so an individual at creative has resolved that they will need a major, flashy box to make the customer feel that they have bought their money’s worthy of. High-quality – but the packaging is so ridiculously elaborate that creative have decided it wants an instruction slip just to notify you how to open up itall appropriate, that’s extra or a lot less the conclusion of the terrible information. Acquiring worked my way as a result of the layers of packaging and extracted the ‘phones i popped them into my ears, plugged them into my nexus and played a tune. It was promptly clear that something was poorly erroneous. The audio was weedy, thin and tranquil. So undesirable, that i understood this should be my fault someway. I did the practical matter that i ought to have completed first and read through the instruction leaflet. I’d place them in the completely wrong way up. You happen to be supposed to route the wire more than your ears. Oh, and you will find an in-line volume management that creative had really sensibly established to minimal. That was considerably additional like it, only they weren’t really at ease and appeared to leak audio. Thankfully, creative have assumed of that far too. They consist of three sizes of rubber seal in the box. I modified from the medium sizing they had been fitted with to tiny.

Actual fantastic, mild, commuter pleasant, ‘stay in the ears’ ear telephones. . This was a fairly *sudden* acquire, as my prior headphones (on ear types, from beyerdynamic) all of a sudden stopped functioning. Thinking of my options and some of the faff involved in possessing on ear telephones beforehand, i made the decision to adjust gears and go for one thing a minor lighter and extra ‘commuter friendly’. Soon after contemplating a couple diverse models and selections, i settled on these creative auvana in-ear2 sound isolating phones. (for reference, i’ve owned creative gear formerly – two unique mp3 players plus 2 or three diverse on ear headphones – all of which amazed me for different explanations – so i have acquired some favourable record with creative)a couple of brief details:. Common reference point: my existing songs player is an iphone six. Usually use the headphones in the course of my commute (practice). Typically the songs i hear to is both metal (numerous various sub classes) or rock (ditto many types)1. Sonics: it is actually unfair to even evaluate these to the headphones i was applying earlier (on ear, higher conclude beyerdynamics kinds) from a pure seem good quality issue of watch.

They audio fantastic, they seem abnormal, but there are quite a few concerns. Creative aurvana headphonesfirst and foremost, these headphones seem totally great. They go amazingly deep into the ear, which does block out a large amount of encompassing sounds, and the seem replica is, to my ears, amazing. They have a strong bass reaction and excellent treble reproduction, so dwelling tunes receives a good kick, but orchestral songs is nearly mesmerisingly superior. In terms of audio excellent, i’ve by no means read superior top quality from in-ear headphones. There are some unusual style and design conclusions in how the headphones appear. The cable is a tan brown colour, amazingly slender, and lined with cloth, making it appear very a lot like a thin shoelace somewhat than an audio cable. The way in which the bud by itself is rather large and sticks out at 45 degrees seems very odd at to start with, and i do think it will get some odd seems from passers-by. When you get the hang of how the form will help them to adhere in your ear, it results in being incredibly intuitive and feels really organic, but there will be some passers-by that could possibly imagine you’re donning a hearing aid rather than headphones. (but they’ll however shout at you anyway, so in that respect it will make no difference…)the quantity manage is an analogue slider that presents you nicely precise command about the full quantity range, from “barely audible” up to “permanent hearing damage”.

Creative Aurvana In-Ear2 Plus Noise-Isolating Earphones with In-Line Microphone : I don’t usually like in-ear ear phones as i don’t believe they deliver as good sound quality as traditional head phones. However, i have been converted with these ones. The sound quality is fantastic and the noise reduction is really good. They do go quite deep into the ear which i found to be a little uncomfortable to begin with, but got used to that fairly quickly. There are a couple of minor things that i found a little irritating. The packaging box, for example, is huge and even apparently requires instructions about how to get in to it. This would be helpful had it not been inside the box. The ear phones themselves are a little chunky, but if you put the cable behind your ear, they stay in place fine. My biggest issue is the price tag.

Balanced sound, comfort questionable. My closest comparison will be the sennheiser momentum ie2s i’ve been using prior to purchasing these creative earphones. I paid £70 for the sennheisers almost exactly one year ago and they served me well, they’re still on sale for around £90. Comparatively the creatives offer much more clarity and range, the lows aren’t as punchy but neither are they as muddy, sennheiser tend to get gleaming reviews which is why i initially bought them. A big difference between the two is the sound bleeding from the cable rubbing and catching, the creatives take measures to reduce this which work but with a catch, the braided cable helps with this and also adds strength over the momentum’s delicate looking cable which i’m a big fan of, the downside for me is that you have to hook them over your ears. If you sit still for a while you get used to it but i can only assume that they would eventually drive you insane if you use them whilst vigorously moving. Ear tips on the creatives are much more firmly attached, so much so that i tore the included foam tips the first time i tried to take them off, i’ve lost buds on the sennheisers and have a pack of spares ready. The inline controller is another questionable decision, personally i don’t like the analogue slider and single button and i prefer the layout on the momentums with digital volume buttons as well as the multi function button but even with those i’d prefer more definition on the button to help feeling them out. My advice would be to not touch the slider on the creatives beyond turning them all the way up for the first time. Sound qualityit really is all about detail with the aurvanas, the soundstage is uncharacteristically open on in ears, if you like it a little louder these little buds really light up, stereo screening is superb and rhythm maintained.

High quality earphones, fit is selective but never given me a problem. Fitted comply’ 500 isolation tips for perfect sound, quite expensive and notice that the creative website is offering these for £65. Although unsure of d livery as these were next day. As a digital music fan still very happy.

Excellent lightweight headphones. This set of creative headphones is really good when on the move. They are light, do an excellent job of isolating you from noise (in fact they are almost too good), fit in my ears well and deliver a good quality of sound. They arrive with several sets of interchangeable ear buds in different sizes (the prefixed set were perfect for me however). They have a little hard case, which can easily hold these without squashing them. An adapter to allow them to be used on aeroplanes (the funny two socket stereo plugs they use). And it even came with a weird thing for cleaning earwax out of the buds. The cable comes with an integrated volume control ( a resistance based slider that works quite well) and you sometimes get cable noise when exercising whilst using them, but only when i’m really thrashing myself around. Sound quality is very good – without being absolutely stellar – but i really like them.

A great product for those who love music without external noises. Music is crystal clear at any level and they really do block out external noises. The ear pieces fit snugly into your ears and don’t budge unless you want them too. As you would expect, there is a handy volume control on the wire that dramatically adjusts volume unlike cheaper sets that only marginally increases volume. The wire itself is a gold coloured strong fabric that adds an element of class to the earphones. It also comes with a handy magnetic structured pouch to store them away, perfect for avoiding tangled wires.

Lovely sound quality which is the most important thing?. As others have said very fiddly packaging (and a lot of it) but once they are out very easy to use. Comfortable, good fit in my ears, and the quality of sound is the best i have heard from earphones. I would use these for serious listening (sitting down and concentrating) so concerns about durability while out and about would not affect me. The price does seem a bit steep for what you see once all the packaging is out of the way but is way way less than a pair of speakers of comparable quality. So if the quality of sound is paramount and annoying others is an issue then these are an excellent option.

An epiphany in sound but first – turn your sound levels down. First things first – turn your sound levels down to near minimum before placing these in your ears. They are significantly louder than any ear buds i’ve used before because these come with mini woofers in each ear – an epiphany in sound but it could have been very painful or even life changing. Incredibly detailed sound from the get-go. You hear lyrics and instruments that had previously been apart of the background you become swept along in the detail that so many artists put into their work which is lost over lesser playback systems. The most excellent part of trading up in headphones is that you start listening to ther forms of music. Opera, acapella, japanese drumming. With more detail comes a better appreciation of beauty and a more open mind. I recommend you give these a try and you won’t be disappointed. Physcially they are very sturdy and well designed.

Will aurvana beat bose with this set?. Pitched at the bose sound true ultra for the same price i don’t think there is too much difference between them when listening to whatever style of music you like. The sound quality is there alright, especially the highs in the jazz i listen to and nicely the bass isn’t over-pushed as in most much cheaper in-ear buds. The bose though with their stayhear soft plastic devise to keep them the ear scores a point or so over this aurvana set which rely more on putting the cable over the ear. As another reviewer has mentioned the end l shaped plug that goes into your audio output devise looks like it’s the first thing to break. I liked the braided cable, so much better than a plastic one and the slider volume control is engineered for smooth action. The over-the-top packaging is just that: over-the-top. This aurvana set certainly delivers an impressive sound but like the bose ultra i think they are rather over priced so four stars.

Great clarity, very revealing and a full but neutral sound. I am a bit of an audiophile, and i also use headphones a lot on the commute. So when i was offered these aurvana headphones through vine, i was keen to try them out. I’m a bit of a fan of creative as a company, having heard a few products owned by friends, but hadn’t had much personal exposure to them before now. The aurvana in-ear3 headphones are definitely a class act, though. They arrived in one of those high-quality-feel presentation boxes that always seem slightly over-engineered to me, but the impression they give is certainly one of quality and class. When you extricate them from the packaging, they definitely feel high quality too. Nice solid armature, and a very smart braided gold- (or perhaps bronze?) coloured cable. I’m quite lucky, i guess, in seeming to have ‘medium-sized’ ears. With almost every headphone i’ve ever owned, i’ve just been able to just get going with the eartips already fitted.

It’s flat, neutral frequency response may not be what you need for everyday music listening. Product: creative aurvana in-ear2 plus noise-isolating earphones with in-line microphonei was converted to in-ear earphones way back in october 2013 when i reviewed the audio-technica ath-ckx9is sonic fuel in ear headphones, priced similarly to these aurvana earphones – so how do they measure up?plugged into the same setup, namely a mobile phone and mixing unit (complete with bass & treble sliders) these creative earphones sounded very different to the audio-technica. Whilst they were clear, there was a definite reduction in the lower frequencies (i’m not talking deafness-inducing thumping bass, just a balanced sound for modern, adult contemporary music). But there’s more to earphones than just frequency response so let’s continue. What’s to like?——————-definitely blocks out a lot of the extraneous noise in an office, for example. Medium sized ear pieces fitted well and didn’t drop out. Average sensitivity so i didn’t need to turn the phone up to have a perfectly adequate volume. What’s not to like?————————–a musically flat response – which might be a good or bad thing depending on your choice of listening material. I’m after a more ear-friendly response (like the old-fashioned ‘loudness’ button which boosts both bass and treble to compensate for our lack of sensitivity in those frequencies). So call it lack of warmth, or less ‘rich’ than what i wanted, it’s definitely inferior when listening to music when compared to the audio-technica.

Creative aurvana in ear 2 plus noise-isolating. Creative aurvana in ear 2 plus noise-isolating headphones, these headphones come in a nice box with a stand for each headphone, this comes supplied with 3 different size ear covers, small, medium, large, the wire has a volume slide and has a microphone button to,there is a very nice storage pouch supplied so you can keep them safe when not in use. The sound quality is good with a nice base level,i have tried these headphones on several different items,on my mp3 player i had a slightly different sound with some tracks of music but it was not to bad on my computer the sound was a good even sound with no tinny residue just a nice even tone,on my dab radio it has a slight tinny residue i think they may not be quiet the right headphone for the radio,my kindle seemed to like these headphones the sound was good. I did try these with different types of music from pop, dance and classical plus i tried using them while watching a film just to see how they would handle different types of sound. I normally use another well known brand but i would use these a replacement. They are not a bad all round headphone.

This excellent pair of in-ear, noise isolating, earphones were received for review, courtesy of amazon vine; and how wonderful they are. The presentation pack is a little unusual in that they are housed in a large transparent case that comes apart in two halves and the ear pieces stand proud of this a little like a prized exhibit in an indiana jones film. This sets the scene, as it given one more than a hint of the wonderful experience that one is in for. Firstly, they look the part with slim refined elegance and a nice understated, in a quality way, appearance of matt black and the drivers housed in elegant cylinders of a bright finish that has an appearance more like pure molybdenum than chrome. Secondly, quality components such as the leads and enhanced mini-jack to allow other controls such as use of the volume slider and call answer and microphone facility. Thirdly, performance is excellent. The noise reduction works by excluding external noise, not by noise cancelling. This therefore depends on snug-fitting ear-pieces and small, medium and large sizes are included, which is essential to their function. This being the case, however, and lots of external noise is excluded.

My husband likes to watch ‘how to’ vids on you tube and it’s really annoying listening to axel grinders or car engines roaring when you’re trying to watch tv and you can’t hear the cliff hanger for all the noise coming from the ipad, so i got these for him. He normally has problems with the ear buds staying in his ears but these are perfect. He says the sound quality is excellent and they will be coming on holiday with us.

Creative, who make these earphones, really need some work on their packaging ideas. When there are instructions to open a box you know you have gone too far. Once you have got past all the nonsense these are really impressive earphones-if you read the instructions. First check which size of seal fits your ear best-there are 3 different sizes included, along with a lovely little case, a cleaning tool and an airline adaptor. Once you have the correct fir make sure you fit the wire up and over the back of the ear. If you don’t the earbud will not give as secure a fit or stay in as well. I also noticed a difference in the sound quality but this could be imagined. The slide volume control is my least favourite feature of these as it is tricky to not accidentally deafen yourself by sliding to max very quickly. The usual plastic wire is not a feature of these.

Extremely comfortable to use. I usually find all in earphones annoying to use because i don’t like how they feel in my ear. These ones however were really comfortable and i ended wearing them for a good long time rather than giving up after ten minutes. The sound quality is good, but i think i prefer my bose ear phones for sound. I found these a little too much treble and not enough base, but then i spent time with the ipod equaliser and it seem to make it ok as i was happy with the music i listened to. I tried out a good range from choral, to bollywood, and from leonard cohen to 70’s rock music. The noise isolation worked well. There was no leakage at all. I could hear sounds outside but only very dimly and distractingly. I thought the packaging was attractive but i had a hard time opening the case first time.

These are very very good headphones, with a wonderfully neutral sound. If you like your music very bass orientated, then you’ll probably not like these too much, but if you’re after a very clear, neutral and transparent quality then these are really some of the best. They are handsome looking without being ostentatious, and have a quality feel. There is an inline volume control which is very useful for use with a mobile phone, and they come with a small, rigid faux-leather case for transport, a little cleaning tool, and an adaptor for use on flights. You know you’ve found an excellent pair of headphones when it encourages you to listen to stuff you know inside out, because you’ll hear things you’d never noticed before. The clarity of these headphones is really incredible, especially listening to spoken word or very layered music as it truly feels like you’re in the room. Time to break out klfs ‘chill out’ i think and sit in a darkened room.

Phones regarding sound quality but creative have done a fantastic job of designing these earphones. I’m not usually a big fan of in-ear phones regarding sound quality but creative have done a fantastic job of designing these earphones. I found the fit to be perfect for me without even trying the other sizes, the sound , again for me, was excellent, listening to the cd version of pink floyds’ ‘dark side of the moon’ was a total pleasure as was glen goulds’ interpretation of bachs’ ‘goldberg variations’ both of which sounded marvelous using these headphones. They seem to have quite a neutral sound quality so they are equally at home from classical to prog rock. They feel well made and came in a lovely box, they would make an impressive present. I would have been happier with about a foot more on the cable length but they never seem to be long enough for me, but apart from that i can’t fault these ear phones. Oh and the airplane adapter and cleaning tool are a great idea.

Erato Audio AEAP07SG00 Apollo Wireless 7 True In-Ear tooth Headphones : and having enjoyed a much cheaper set the previous year

Considerably exceeding my anticipations, these headphones are astounding. . In a technological innovation that is on the cusp, but no person has totally cracked but, these headphones are way out in entrance. The most important point is sound – and they are so fantastic listed here – but these offer …

ERATO Audio AEAP07SG00 Apollo Wireless 7 True In-Ear tooth Headphones : Foam tips have fallen apart after only 2months.

But substantially better sound and insulation. Not quite as person-helpful as the apple ear pods, but significantly improved audio and insulation. The most significant challenge for me is i just couldn’t get sufficient quantity from them. I will revert to wired headphones with a transportable amp till the technology improves …
