Good food processor for relatively small quantities. Whizzing soup was very easy. Vegetable chopping was quick and easy. It cannot be bettered for whisking egg whites. (a food processor would create more work than it solved, because of the cleaning tasks). In some ways that describes the positioning of the product. It is powerful and versatile. Easier than doing it by hand, not intended for big jobs. Its power creates the slight problem that it required careful handling in a non-stick pan to avoid damaging the surface. Cleaning is a joy, as all the attachments are separable from the electrical part.
Decent enough stainless stick blender set. . The aeg 7 series stick blender is a useful set of kitchen gadgets including a beaker and lid for doing small quantities or for smoothies, (and is capable of handling ice). I missed having a balloon whisk on my last cheapie stick blender and it also comes with a midi chopper bowl that worked very well on all the veg i threw at it last night for my soup. 8m (6 foot in old money) which should stretch from a nearby socket, and the stick blender has 2 speeds, normal and turbo. I do like the design of the foot which allows bigger chunks of food to be hit by that titanium blade, and my soup last night was whizzed up nice and smooth in well less than a minute. Everything bar the stick blender can be washed in the dishwasher, and all in all, it seems to be reasonably well put together and is quite compact and easy to hold. I think it is a bit pricey, but stainless steel kitchen gadgets do always seem to come with a premium price tag.

This is a brilliant addition to your kitchen and i’m really impressed with it. I have been using a philips cordless stick mixer, and found it extremely useful, so when it broke i was keen to replace it. Although at £99, it is more expensive, it is far superior and well worth the money in my opinion. I thought that being a plug in device would be a drawback, however, the lead is long enough that it isn’t an issue and i like the fact that i don’t have to ensure it’s charged before using it. It is satisfying heavy and sturdy and the stainless steel finish makes it very attractive. All the implements click into place easily and are very simple to use with a normal speed and turbo speed option. There is a metal bladed mixer and a large mixing beaker which has units of measurement up the side and comes with a well fitting lid for storing the food in the fridge and because the blades are metal it will crush ice for smoothies and they can be mixed in the beaker. There is a traditional balloon whisk that can be used for eggs, desserts cream etc which whips everything i’ve used really quickly. The chopping attachment also has metal blades, it can chop up to 300g of food at a time and is very efficient.
An extremely good combi-stick processor. . This is a sturdy handheld stick that comes with a smoothie maker cup, whisk, and chopper. All the different parts of this pack are well made, and the motor delivers a stunning 700w performance at one of two speeds, normal or turbo. The chopper has a good capacity to it, and is easy to clean, although its blades are very sharp, so be careful of those when cleaning. The chopper works extremely quickly and chops to uniform, small pieces, whether it’s vegetables or nuts that you have added to it. The whisk is durable and makes good work of most things that it is introduced to, whilst the smoothie beaker / measuring cup is of the same quality, and is also easy to clean. Although costly, this product is worth its price tag.

- I am very pleased with it
I have a number of ‘white goods’ from the aeg brand which i have been pleased with but this is the first hand-held product that i have tried from them. It seems to be well-made and looks very smart with a nice stainless steel finish. I find it to be quite a powerful tool, whichever attachment i am using; in some ways it is a little too powerful as i have made some mess and splashed myself with the food when not being careful enough, but having that said it is still fairly easy to use. I find it comfortable to hold, the components clean up quite well and most importantly it does give very good results. The supplied accessories are useful, and at around 6ft the power cord is long enough to move around without restriction, but not so long that it gets in the way. It isn’t the cheapest mixer on the market but then i suspect that the price reflects the fact that it is a decent stainless steel product from a major brand, and so far i have to say that i am very pleased with it.
I have had a tefal hand blenders for over 20 years and it still works perfectly. This blender appears to be made from very high quality titanium materials on the outside but in fact is made from cheap plastic on the inside. I have my doubts it will last just as long as the tefal and braun hand blenders we have used in the past. It does have a very powerful 700 w motor and has numerous different speeds plus a turbo function. The speeds are designed to pulverise the food for different purposes, such as soup or a sauce. It comes with 2 attachments, one for making sauces and a whisk for beating. Overall, this is a nice looking but cheaply made unit, it is powerful and at this price should last any years. Looking at the price difference, i would still favour the tefal blenders, which cost 50% less than this one.
