Back cushions are very firm, if not a bit too firm but will settle and are standard size if i need to replace cheaply. (i kept the dense foam seat inserts from old suite to replace if needs be in the future. Material seems good quality and the leather-look is wipe clean, important with kids and pets. Over all i am very pleased with my purchase.
